In summer, there is nothing I love more than fresh flowers. They are beautiful, smell wonderful, and add color to the yards. However, I am a serial killer when it comes to having my own. Do you all remember the horrible plant episode a few weeks ago? (read it HERE) That one wasn't totally my fault, but gosh darn it, my tender loving care did NOT bring them back to life. And now, all the other flowers in my garden are starting to follow suit--grr!

So moral of the story is--if I can grow 'em, wear 'em! OK cut me some slack with the corniness level of that statement--but I am in serious morning for all my poor daisies and my long gone hanging baskets!

This romper cheers my right up those--the floral pattern against the white background is amazing. The pom-poms are a fun touch and the V-neck is super sexy :) I will say that my #tallgirlprobz came into play on this one--so if you buy it--size up my tall friends!

Anyone have any good gardening secrets for my black thumb?!

Date Night in White

Ladies, when you go out on date night, how do you want to feel? For me, that is an easy question--sexy :) However, I am no longer a 21 year old droppin' it like its hott in the club--and a short, low cut dress with sky high heel is no longer my definition of sexy.

To make a date look nowadays, I try to pick one body part to accentuate and really play it up. In this look I picked my shoulders, so the cut of this top is perfection. Then, the white color really makes my shoulders, face, and hair stand out. The structured peplum mixed with sleek black pants, a fun patterned heel, and bold red lips complete this date night outfit.

How do you all decide to wear for a date night?! Do you have a go to look?

So you all remember my printed pant addiction of 2013?

Well, I think I have a whole new problem--and it's name is the kimono! I showed you my favorite floral kimono in this post on Monday. Now, here is my favorite Aztec print kimono :) Paired with a girly dress--its the perfect outfit for a street fair or music festival.

I swear if they had an intervention show for trend addictions--I would for sure be sat down and sent to rehab at least once a season ha!

Hope you all had a great weekend. I threw a BBQ on Friday (yes, I actually did some of the cooking too ha!) and went up to Cleveland for Taste of Tremont on Sunday. It is a food festival with plenty of delicious local fare, drinks, and shopping :) Like totally this girls dream come true! This morning however, there is not enough coffee in the world to get me through ha!

So lets cut the chit-chat and get onto the outfit. I have felt very boho lately and have been loving that that is so on trend for this year. Kimonos, cut offs, and jewels have become a go to outfit for me on hot summer days. This stunning statement necklace is from Edith Marie. I seriously cannot stop ordering from them. Their prices are INSANE! I am not kidding--you can't beat them. Their pieces are so on trend and they quality!

Crazy Beautiful Life

Lord Have Mercy--It has been one of those weeks :) Not all bad by any means! I loved doing my first solo giveaway!! I got to do yoga a few times, and I have a fun filled weekend ahead. 

However, this week at work was kind of like this...

And excuse the language--but why do I even have to work when I just wanna blog?!....

Good Morning Y'all!! I hope you are all having a fabulous week! Mine has been kind of crazy and I spur of the moment decided to chop off my hair :) Totally love it though and so much easier to do in the mornings!! Good Morning Y'all!! I hope you all had a fabulous weekend :) I sure did--it was semi-productive, but mainly relaxing and I loved every minute of it! I have to tell you all, I finally finished Orange is the New Black. I won't lie--I didn't LOVE the last episode--it was OK--but left me wanting more drama! I feel like season finale's should be full of suspense and leave you grasping for answers by the end. What were your thoughts?! 

I am still obsessing over this "Wifey" Tee--it is so fun--I styled it HERE with my pink Hunter boots and have about 100 more ideas! I love it paired with this skirt from b. lovely--which is such a fun staple item. I totally plan on wearing it with tights and boots to work in the winter!

You all are going to have to forgive the awful quality of these pictures--I waited until the sun was a little to far down to try and capture this outfit! But, I love the boho chic feel of the skirt and this hat from NY&Co. has become a summer staple. And that is coming from a girl who SWORE she would never do hats--never say never apparently ha :)

I am so set for a relaxing weekend of laying my butt on the couch watching TV--I mean doing laundry *cough,cough* :) It has been a crazy week and this girl is ready for some down time!
