Power Up

Happy Friday!!
I know this is NOT a cooking blog and honestly--I cook about once a month. However, I really am trying to eat clean--as much as possible. Since I have been doing so, I have had more energy, less tension headache, and an extra plus of losing a couple of stubborn pounds from when I quit smoking. In order to sustain this now though I need to get more creative and try some recipes--salmon and veggies is getting old. So last night I made my first attempt at a "Power Muffin". It contains Greek Yogurt, Blueberries, and Oats--all amazing foods for your health. Plus this muffin has some protein to it, so that is a great start in the morning! They turned out amazing--so yummy with my morning coffee and a piece of fruit :) I did switch the sugar for Truvia and used plain greek yogurt instead of honey flavored, but it turned out well! 

Now I need suggestions from all of you! If you have any good and semi-easy recipes for me to try to continue on my healthy eating path, I would LOVE it :)
